In difficult times like these- when stress is at an all time high - we must remember to take care of ourselves.  Sit in a bath tub full of hot water and bubble bath. Relax a bit.  Give your partner a massage, scrub your body with an aromatic scrub for a home spa treatment, put a mask on your face and SIT and read a magazine!  Light a Votivo candle and smell the beautiful aromas and meditate!  These are small indulgences… things to do to make you feel good.  Little things sometimes bring the most pleasure, and now more than ever the world needs to take a deep breath and smile.

After all, we are blessed, and all will be well.
